We ship UK-wide using trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, and courier services for larger or heavier items. Your parcel will be packed with care using recycled or reused packaging wherever possible – because sustainability never goes out of style.

At Ross Retro, we care deeply about the environment and do our best to reduce waste wherever possible. That’s why we reuse and repurpose packaging materials—from sturdy boxes and bubble wrap to tissue paper and packing peanuts—to give them a second life.
Your parcel may arrive in packaging that’s had a previous adventure, but rest assured, everything is clean, secure, and chosen to protect your order. We hope you’ll see this as part of our commitment to sustainability rather than presentation—please don’t be offended if your box isn’t brand new!

⚖️ Weight-Based Shipping Rates
Our shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order, including packaging. This helps us keep prices fair – no overcharging for a featherweight teacup or undercharging for a cast iron doorstop!

📌 Note: Orders over 10kg may require courier delivery or collection. We'll contact you with a bespoke quote if needed.
📦 Local Collection
We offer FREE local collection from our quirky container showroom at Ross Reclamation, in Ross-on-Wye. Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll arrange a convenient time to collect.
⏳ When Will My Order Arrive?
We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days (sometimes quicker). Most parcels arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. We’ll keep you updated via email and send tracking when available.

💔 Damaged in Transit?
We pack everything with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll sort it quicker than you can say “vintage teapot.”
