Because sometimes, even vintage gets cold feet.
We want you to love everything you order from Ross Retro – but we understand that occasionally, things don’t quite fit, match, or spark joy like you thought they would. Here’s how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds:

📬 Can I return my item?
Yes, we accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

In their original condition

Unworn, unused, and unwashed (where applicable)

Returned safely packaged to avoid damage in transit
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

Perishable items

Customised or personalised pieces

Items marked “Collection Only”

Sale/clearance items unless they’re damaged or faulty

🧾 How do I return an item?

Contact us at helen@retrodec.com within 14 days of receiving your order

We'll confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address

Post the item back to us securely, using a tracked service if possible

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original postage)
Please note: Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

💸 Refunds

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item. We’ll pop you an email once your refund has been approved and sent.

💥 What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite what you expected, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the item and packaging

A brief explanation
We’ll put it right as quickly as possible – whether that means a refund, replacement, or credit to spend on something equally fabulous.

📦 Exchanges
​
We don’t offer automatic exchanges (as many of our items are one-of-a-kind), but you’re welcome to return an item and place a new order for something else.
