A bold and iconic piece of British design — this vintage Elastoplast Elastic Adhesive Bandage tin by T.J. Smith & Nephew Ltd. (Hull & Welwyn Garden City) dates from the mid-20th century and features that unmistakable bright red enamel finish with black and white typography.

Originally produced for the medical profession, the tin once contained a 3-inch (7.5 cm) elastic adhesive bandage. Today, it makes a fantastic retro display piece for a bathroom shelf, first aid collection, or vintage shop interior.
